In the last 2 weeks we have received several calls from women that would like to enhance their breasts so that clothes will fit better, and they would feel more attractive.  There are several ways to go about achieving this problem.  If your breasts are uneven, the first thing to do is find a bra that will fit the larger side.  Then we fill in the space on the other side.  Enhancers work best for women that have good enough breast tissue, but just want to look fuller.

Below is an example of how to measure to get a good fit for a bra.  Although some formulas say to add 4? to the measurement you get underneath your bra band – we think you should start with adding 2?, and then determine how tight or loose you want your bra to be.  Remember, as you go up in band size, the cup will get a bit bigger.  Sometimes to compensate for that, an extender will be the perfect solution.  

Acupuncture Reduces Hot Flashes in Breast Cancer Patients

Among women treated with hormonal therapy for breast cancer, acupuncture and Effexor® (venlafaxine) were similarly effective at reducing the frequency of hot flashes. These results were published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology.
