The Sarah Bra Instructions

To Put the Bra On: First put your injured (weak) arm into the bra. Next, pull the bra over your head, then put your uninjured arm through the bra. An alternate method can be to put your injured arm in first then your uninjured arm in while pulling the bra past your elbows and then over your head.

THE CORRECT BRA SIZE

With your bra on, measure underneath your bra band, starting from the center of your chest. Measure around and back.

Add 2 to 4 inches to this.

Example: 32" + 4" = 36". This is a size 36 bra.

If there is an uneven measurement, with the added 4", go to the next even size.
