 I use this bra because I have post herpetic neuralgia caused by a severe case of shingles more than 10 years ago. It is helpful because of the wide elastic band that prevents the bra from riding up causing friction directly under the right breast since this is the area most affected by the shingles that caused nerve ending damage in that area.
