These slightly weighted and non-weighted foam forms are made of molded polyurethane foam with permanent polyester fabric covers.  The non-weighted are recommended for right after surgery when a silicone form is too heavy.  The weighted forms are recommended for women who like the feel of a lighter weight form, may have arthritis or who like the lighter weight when exercising. 

Both weighted and non-weighted are available in two styles - Asymmetrical and Symmetrical.  All of these forms can be worn while sleeping to add comfortable support.  All forms are contoured to fit snugly against the body with a security tab to help anchor the form along a bra, nightgown or camisole band.
